Blake began playing baseball at the age of 4 and began pitching at the age of 6 and within 2 months he was striking out 10 year olds in the Little League All Star tournament. Later that same summer, he was selected by President Bush to represent Florida in the only Little League All Star Game played at the White House.  Blake went on to make Little League history as the only player from the 8 years of White House games to make it to the Little League World Series (LLWS) and then the following year at age 12, he made his second appearance again representing the Southeast and South Nashville Little League. Blake continued his baseball career playing for the East Cobb Astros and winning the 16U Perfect Game World Series along with winning MVP Pitcher for the series, playing two years with the Washington Nationals in the Area Code Games in California, playing for the Cincinnati Reds in the East Coast Pro Games and was recognized by MLB and USA Baseball as one of the best players in the country and was invited to participate in the inaugural Prospect Development Pipeline League (PDP). Blake originally committed to Alabama baseball in September of his freshman year of high school and after a coaching change, he decimated and committed to further his education and baseball career at Louisiana State University his sophomore year. Blake further developed his talents as a starting and relief pitcher for LSU under head coaches Paul Mainieri and later Jay Johnson. Blake, along with his teammates, went on to win the Men’s College World Series in June of 2023. Blake was selected in the 2023 MLB Draft by the Baltimore Orioles.

Throughout his career, Blake has enjoyed coaching and giving back to his community. He has worked with young players in middle Tennessee for the past four years as an assistant coach with CBA Southeast during his off season time, worked with his siblings for over a decade collecting gifts during the holiday season for the Ronald McDonald House as well as delivering gifts and donating to those in need in both Williamson and Davidson counties.

Blake has grown up on the baseball field developing relationships and learning from professional players.  He has enjoyed the opportunity of playing for the best coaches in the country at every level of his career. He loves sharing not only his knowledge of the game but his knowledge of lifestyle, decisions, and mental and physical health and the importance everything has in the development of an athlete both on and off  the field.

Blake is excited as his baseball career continues to elevate to the next level and  now having the time and opportunity to mentor and coach young players.
