ELEVATE YOUR OFFSEASON WITH BLAKE
ONLINE PROGRAM
What is arm care? Arm care is a group of exercises used to strengthen and stabilize the muscles in your shoulders. The main targeted areas include rotator cuff, scapular muscles, and forearms.
Maintaining a good foundation of arm care is critical for an athletes ability to stay healthy and maximize production on the field.
Pitchers hardly ever go straight into throwing off a mound. It is important to have a good activation that prepares the body to get ready to maximize its fullest potential. Pitcher Prep is a good 10-15 minute full body activation that primes the body. Targeting the important muscle groups needed to throw and getting them ready are most important to making sure you are performing at your best.
In order to maximize our ability on the mound it is important that we always play catch with a purpose. Guided drill work is on of the best ways to improve our consistency as a pitcher.
The goal is to find drills that best meet your deficiencies. Then doing these drills daily in order to build good habits.
Upon your submission, I will take the time to break down any video you have from your most recent games. Through these videos I will be able to determine what areas are needed for improvement. This will allow me to formulate a program uniquely designed just for you. That program will include pre throwing activation, catch play drills, mound drills, and post throw arm care to meet you where you are and take you where you want to be.
These off season throwing programs can be tailored to your wants or needs as a player. Creating a format to follow.
